With China entering the knowledge economy times the 21st century, our country will certainly positively participate in international competition on economy, technical and comprehensive national strength, while in the final analysis all these are due to competitions of talented persons. Therefore what we need are compound talented persons who are erudite, skilled at communication, innovative, and sustainable development. Therefore during the Biology teaching of junior middle school, the teachers must transform their teaching concept and pay great attention to raises students' innovation ability as well as passing on knowledge, with integration of science teaching, skill training and ability fostering, to effectively enhance students' capability to inquire into the science. The paper aims to attempt and study teaching strategy on guiding students in inquiring into the science independently, through the education experiment, in accordance with the classic educational theory and innovative teaching philosophy. With the comparison between the experimental class and the average class, we further prove that our research push ahead students'independent study. They have great interest in Biology now and have enhanced ability of research investigation and innovation, with the spirit of independent learning strengthening. Furthermore, the paper also presents the author's viewpoint about the questions discovered during the research.
