Content abstract :The fine arts education is one kind of creative intellectual production, it is extremely complex esthetic creation. The emotion education is playing the extremely vital role in fine arts classroom instruction process, does not have the emotion, does not have the artistic creation. .Not only the emotion education is initiates the student to create the impulse the important attribute, moreover passes through in the entire fine arts teaching entire process. Impels the basic power which the student creates. The emotion education in the fine arts classroom instruction is essential。Carries on the emotion education to the student, first must know student's in participation fine arts activity basic quality: The sensation, the desire, the reappearance, the creation and between them the relations, and take this as according to, specially by stimulate the interest, the raise desire primarily, the development emotion education pattern causes the student in the teaching the emotion to be able to experience rich, the esthetic ability in the study process obtains the raise and the enhancement. Is a fine arts classroom education reform important direction.
