With the opening of the information technology curriculum, the assessment has become the important link of the information technology education. It emphasized Now that the study is a process, we cannot only carried out one time for the resulted assessment autonomously. We should carry out the comprehensive inspection to students' study. However, the existing assessment system has many problems in the information technology curriculum. All above, we start to pay more attention to the process learning assessment.The research took the theory of the modern education, the idea of the new curriculum reforms, and the theory of raising the innovative talent as the instruction. The research's object is the study of the students of the class (301), which is in senior one in Ganxian middle school in Jiangxi province. The teaching book Information Technology, which is the senior first volume, was executed by Bole, which was published by Guangxi Science Technology Publishing House. It took Using Word to Edit the Page as the content. And also took E-learning portfolio (Network) as the platform of the research. The purpose is to solve the problem that how to carry out the process learning assessment.The research is in order to design a process learning assessment plan which promote the students'development, arouse the students'enthusiasm, fulfill students'activities, help the students to develop their innovative thought and turn towards the good goal and so on. It mainly revolves to be clear about the goal of the assessment , the content of the assessment, the body of the assessment , the method of the assessment , the gauge of the assessment, the material of the assessment , the process of the assessment and so on. It was used to the teaching process, and will be improved constantly.The research showed that the process learning assessment plan of the information technology is reasonable basically. It can reflect the students'studies situation comprehensively and objectively. Both the teachers and the students can participate in the process learning assessment positively; The independent study and the cooperative study can guide and promote the students to use the correct methods; Through the two assessment ways of the E-learning portfolio and the rubric, the research has come true the union between the qualitative assessment and the quantitative assessment well. The collected assessment information is comprehensive relatively, and it can obtain the assessment results relatively and objectively; Through the feedback information promptly and propose some concrete improvement advice, it has realized the assessment guidance and the impelled function well; Its assessment content is quite comprehensive including the knowledge and skills, process and method, emotion, manners and values and so on. It also can develop the students'various of potentials. Further more, it can promote the students'development fully.Because of the limited time, this research has not deeply discussed how to use the other assessment ways and tools of the information technology teaching to carry out the process learning assessment. These sides will further consummated in the future.
