Content: With the development of economy, the social environment and the people's value have changed a lot. Large numbers of women run into the labor force; the number of double-employee family has grown; the aging trend is enhancing; the families'responsibility has enlarged; while the situations of job hunting become serious. So the conflict between work and family is inevitable and it is enlarging.Though the researchers either national or abroad have done some research on work-family conflict and time managing disposition separately, there are rare published research which put the work-family conflict and time managing disposition together. Based on former theories and viewpoints of other researchers, this research tries to carry on a demonstrational analysis about the effect of time management disposition and work-family conflict on the subjective well-being and organizational commitment and its flexible effect, then provides some suggestions for the business management.This research mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey. It is divided into three steps: (1)Translate and modify the work-family conflict questionnaire which established by Dawn S.Carlson,K.Michele Kacmar and Larry J.Williams and choose nine items of it, then form into a predicting questionnaire. And then do exploratory factor analysis with the 199 valid questionnaires. Three dimensions are very clear: time-based work-family conflict,strain-based work-family conflict and behavior- based work-family conflict; (2) Modify the Adolescent Time Management Disposition Inventory of Huang Xiting and Zhang Zhijie, and then we get a new time management disposition test including thirty-seven items by the exploratory analysis .The three dimensions of the test are the sense of time value,the sense of time control and the sense of time efficacy all the same; (3)The formal questionnaire survey conducted by 359 employees, confirmatory factor analysis and other reliability analysis and validity analysis showed the questionnaire has better internal consistence and validity. Using multiple regession and hierarchical regression analyses approach to analyze the effects of time management disposition and work-family conflict on the subjective well-being and organizational commitment and its flexible effect in control of the demographic variables and found that: work-family conflict,strain-based work-family conflict and behavior-based work-family conflict have negative predictive ability to subjective well-being; the sense of time control,time management disposition and the sense of time efficacy all have positive predictive ability to subjective well-being;work-family conflict has negative predictive ability to organizational commitment; time management disposition has positive predictive ability to organizational commitment; the sense of time efficacy can moderate the negative impact of work-family conflict on subjective well-being.
