Teacher training is one of the important ways of teacher professional development.The traditional teacher training mode has revealed many problems such as the theoretical content of learning content,the training form and the intermittent training time.It is imperative to find a new way of sustainable development.The development of new technologies in the mobile Internet era makes mobile learning a new learning model.In this case,teacher learning based on digital learning space provides a new way for teachers’ professional development.Based on the action research,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and so on,and focuses on the teachers’ application of new technology teaching.It analyzes and studies the professional development of teachers based on digital learning space in the mobile Internet age.Analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of digital learning space,and the characteristics of teacher learning based on the application of new technology teaching in digital learning space.Based on the digital learning space teacher learning to change the past teacher training experts to teach,from top to bottom of the administrative professional learning model,can help teachers to individualize learning,collaborative learning,teachers to teach teachers to learn the form of teachers on their own Of the study have more options,you can decide to use the tools and learning content,time,etc.,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to meet the professional development of teachers learning needs.Based on the theory of TPET theory,constructivism theory and self-directed learning theory,this paper aims to study the teaching content,teaching methods,educational technology and so on,which is based on the integration of technology and education in teacher professional development.The content is mainly to micro-class and other online resources,live and other ways to show the organic combination.The main contents of this study are divided into five parts: the first part is the literature review,discusses the status quo of teacher professional development and existing research results,and mobile Internet age and teacher professional development related to teacher learning theory,including TPACK theory,Constructivism theory,communication theory theory of public opinion leaders,group dynamics theory,self-oriented learning theory;the second part is the teacher professional development trends and challenges.Teachers’ role of reflection and reshaping,technology and education integration and other professional development content of teachers,teachers for professional development and teacher learning activities are moving from teacher training to teacher learning.Through the comparative analysis,it is considered that the learning based on the digital learning space is a new development trend of the teacher learning way.This kind of learning method is more flexible in time and space,the subject is clear and the content is clear.But there are many shortcomings,such as teachers need to rely on teachers to self-restraint,learning enthusiasm,this form of learning constraints,learning group cohesion is not enough,it is likely that teachers can not systematically build teaching knowledge and teaching skills;Three cases of case analysis.To Zhuzhou Tianyuan teaching microblogging public platform "Wang micro-class" series of courses for the case analysis.This paper summarizes the characteristics of teachers’ learning in the application of new technology teaching based on digital learning space in the era of mobile Internet,and summarizes the factors that should be taken into account in the construction of digital learning space.The fourth part is the curriculum implementation and analysis based on digital learning space,As a teacher to design a teacher learning courses,through different channels of communication so that teachers participate in learning,and conduct a questionnaire survey and Interview,in order to analyze the teachers for the application of new technologies in the teaching of attitudes and attitudes,so as to provide direction for the development of teachers;Is a summary and prospect of this article.Through the analysis of case,curriculum implementation and analysis,based on the digital learning space of new technology teaching application of teacher learning summed up the four characteristics: diversity,independence,decentralization,convergence.
