In the era of buzz, the early ripeness of children makes the passage of childhood becoming an indisputable fact. On one hand, great changes in modern lifestyle make children prematurely. On the other hand, the utilitarian educating concept, to some extent suppress the free growth of children's nature. However, we retain a living "children" through fairies. Unique psychological characteristics in childhood decide the need of fairies to children is essential, such as curiosity , thirst for knowledge and fantasy. To prove the internal consistency between fairy and psychological development of children, researcher explores the relationship between children and fairy tales in view of psychology, in order to show the value of tales on the child's psychological development.The first chapter confirmed a fairytale concealed huge psychological implication through screening its development history straight, which the first step is the fairy tale about the origin and evolution, Therefore, I focus on internal unity of the fairy tales and children's psychological development in the second chapter . I put forward the value of children's psychological and mental development between the inner coincidence. This work is the textual analysis of the theme of children and circumstances of the specific mode with the beginning of children unique psychological characteristics on the basic of individual and the spirit of the type of consistency, Freud's theory of personality structure, and Jung's theory of the collective unconsciousness. In the third chapter, the author described for the psychological development of children for the multi-dimensional values in detail from the fairy guide children to deal with psychological problems, and promote the growth of the child's personality, help children achieve social aspects of the three children, which showed that Note fairy psychological is the essential spiritual sustenance for the development of children. Only when theory effectively guide the practice, will it be full of vitality. So in conclusion, I give a simple description about the current status of fairy teaching in kindergarten. I think that fairy teaching should make mining its inherent psychological value for promoting children's healthy mental growth, in the hope of giving some inspiration and thinking for childcare workers.
