It is pointed out that"The State Council of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is the decision of deepening the educational reform and advancing quality-oriented education in an all-round way ": "The health and physique are the basic prerequisite that the teenagers serve motherland and the people, it is the embodiment of Chinese nation's vigorous vitality. The school educates and establishes first of the guidelines of health, strengthen the work of sports conscientiously, make students grasp basic technical performance, form the good habit insisting on taking exercises. "The difficult point of educational work of our country is in the countryside at the present stage, the difficult point that the same school sports works is in the countryside too. If education of the backward areas in the countryside and sports work can not go up, the total goal that " China's educational reform and development outline " put forward, the national student's physique of enhancement that " sports work rule of the school " puts forward, the historical task of improving student's physically and mentally healthy level by a large scale can not be realized.Sports of the school is the important component that the school educates, development of the sport activity of the school and implementation of the sports teaching course, most basic , importance organizational form and way the most that sports of the school works that realize. Track and field teaching is one of the main contents in the sports teaching, it occupies sizable proportion in the sports syllabus of middle school. The development situation of track and field teaching has reflected completion planned in sports teaching of middle school and total teaching quality to a certain extent. Through the study on basic technical ability of track and field y, will contribute to bringing about a coordinated development in middle school student's body form and systematic function of every organ; improve the endurance, strength, sensitive when the physique and basic circulation, training student's brave, dogged will quality, these are that other sports events can't be replaced. Organize the track and field teaching of middle school well, help to finish the task of quality-oriented education smoothly, to improving student's physique and movement ability, train the good physical training habit, promote students' overall development, have important meanings.Henan Province is the large province of agriculture, the first large provinces of people of China, there are more agricultural populations, nearly having 80% of the middle schools in the countryside, sports of rural school has already become the weak link of rural school education. So, how is the state of development of sports teaching of rural middle school of Henan Province, influence the reform in education and key point of finishing the quality-oriented education task of the whole middle school of Henan Province .This research uses documents and materials, investigation method, logic analytic approach, mathematics etc., direct against the rural sports teachers' team of middle school of Henan Province at present, the input of the teaching place of sports, apparatus, funds, the teaching situation of track and field sports, investigate and analyze and study, the result is as follows:1.Sports teachers' whole quantity of rural middle school of Henan Province can meet teaching's needs basically, the proportion of the professional teacher of the track and field is more rational too, but the rural sports teaching body of middle school of Henan Province presents the younger trend, the teacher's academic level is on the low side, the professional title structure is still unreasonable, the consciousness and scientific research ability of scientific research are also relatively bad.2. Can't ensure and meet demands of sports teaching in the sports place, facility, apparatus, the school does not have relevant policies of carrying out national Ministry of Education, the funds shortage of sports, the place apparatus can not be improved, the sports events that students like are unable to launch.3.Content of courses of the track and field is still the sports events by racing as the main fact, shot , long-jump , standing long jump among them , run , not durable to it runs to be still most middle school sports content of courses that most teachers adopt at present .4. On the choice of the teaching method, the existence teaching methods in various degrees of some teachers use one degree of enough, questions of adapting to the new course standard etc. of innovation of too inflexible, teaching. The track and field teaching of rural middle school of Henan Province still adopts the traditional teaching method at present, the one-sided study which emphasizes technical ability, has fettered the teacher's mode of thinking, make the classroom instruction dull, uninteresting, dull, thus limited the initiative and creativity of student's study, the goal required with current education does not suit.5.The sports teacher of rural middle school of our province appraises the respect to the studying of students, just paying attention to sports to measure, there are too much ration indexes , examine the means and melt too directly, pursue objectifying , quantity assurance mainly, adhere rigidly to and reflect student studying and mastering the situation to the track and field event with the indexes , such as time , height , far degree ,etc., adhere rigidly to the study of the technical ability of sports and appraisal which pays attention to the final achievement.6.Henan Province rural middle school lead lagging of idea, to attention, shortage, sports of knowledge, sports of teaching and do one's best to sports execution , regulation of system, all important factors of influencing rural track and field teaching.
