With the integration of global economy and the rapid development of international education and quality education, there is a growing concern over bilingual teaching in society. State and provincial education administrative departments comply with the requirements of the times and begin to implement bilingual teaching reform. It is important that the bilingual teaching is put into effect. However, as a new thing, the effect of the bilingual teaching only in initial stage in our country, there is not a perfect theoretical understanding of bilingual teaching in China. Bilingual teaching needs to be further explored in practice in order to perfect theory and amplify practice. Therefore, we will build the bilingual teaching system with Chinese characteristics, make the theory of our bilingual teaching to the direction function which bring more rewarded. This paper attempts to study the theory and practice of bilingual teaching and further explore bilingual teaching. Ways of solving the problem of bilingual teaching are provided in the paper, combined with the author's own experience of bilingual teaching practice.The text is divided into five parts. The first part is to explore the definition and content of bilingual teaching, brilliant exposition of the theory of the bilingual teaching in Europe and America, and compare bilingual education in China and that in America and Europe. The second part is to explore the inadequacies and problems of bilingual teaching, mainly based on the bilingual teaching practice research in the province. The third part is to expound my views on the major pattern in bilingual teaching and to explore the establishment of a bilingual teaching mode suited to China's national conditions from practice and research. The fourth part is about the personal experience and reflection of shortage of bilingual teaching from the author's personal practice in Physics. The fifth part to put forward a proposal of bilingual teaching in our country .The fifth is end.
