The history of bilingual teaching is of long standing. Foreign bilingual teaching was developed in the late 20's, it was earlier put into practice and made success in some countries such as USA, Canada and so on, and formed some more maturity, systematic basic theory. It was well known as a successful foreign teaching strategy in the field of international foreign teaching. Following the age of 21's economic globalization, the communication and collaboration between nations is more and more frequently. Nowadays information technology changed people's life and study style at a striking pace, the epoch demanded the people of the new century must grasp language, culture, knowledge and step towards the standard of globalization, international and informational. The bilingual teaching in our country was come forth newly, the main contents included in terms with the phenomenon of low efficiency of our country's English teaching, partial educators were beginning to quest for bilingual teaching. They bring English teaching into non-language subject teaching audaciously; in hope for enhance the English ability of student. From the metaphase of 1990, the country such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen and so on was developed experience and research on bilingual teaching one after the other. It was also presented to the university. For one time, the bilingual teaching was as a hot spot that education theory and practice concentrated on. Bilingual books, bilingual activity, bilingual teacher training, bilingual class, bilingual debate and bilingual teaching were step by stepped into schools and classes in our country.But act as a newer, the theory and practice on bilingual teaching was just at an underway and test stage, the basic theory and practice was not formed the last word, under this circumstance, every school combined with factual situation to develop bilingual teaching's practice and exploration and made great success. We can on the base of bilingual teaching's successful model to form some basic theory knowledge of bilingual teaching, consult and refer its practical experience, research its tactic.In this text, firstly, introduce the theory research, the practical meaning of bilingual teaching in inner nation and the problems we encountered in the procession of using bilingual teaching in history subject; secondly, put forward solution to the problems and sum up the practice of bilingual teaching in history subject in Changchun foreign school, summarize the practical condition, the basic practical plan and teaching evaluation. From these, we come to a conclusion that the bilingual teaching in history subject can enhance the two ability in foreign language and subject knowledge, bilingual teaching can put into practice more smoothly in the area which has condition or the school in the city. So, this text in the example of bilingual teaching in history subject, on the base of personal case, made analysis, argumentation and research on bilingual teaching theory, in hope for offering reference to practice bilingual teaching in the school which processes the same condition.
