With the technical development of Internet, Web-based Course has more important function in the distance education. The each high school, the relevant distance education unit and companies one after another exploit a great deal of Web-base course with distance education. The building of Web-based Course in China has acquired some achievements, but there are still a lot of problems. They are: Lesson originally the knowledge or blackboards move out in brief,neglecting tacit knowledge deliver, not well knowledge building.The knowledge management can accumulate and share, interaction, innovation and the tacit knowledge turn to explicit. These function to resolve the above-mentioned problem to have the important leading meaning. The paper introduces under the knowledge management perspective exploit and practice of Web-based Course; the full paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part: Introduce the our country web-based Course, development, design, applied present condition, point out our country network course of advantage and shortage, and put forward the research problem of this thesis.The second part: Recommend the knowledge management perspective the theories foundation and technique supports that exploit the web-based course.The third part: Recommend the knowledge management perspective exploit Video Disc. On top of that, the writer carried through a questionnaire on the results of using the course, and then the writer analyzed the result objectively, in the end, the writer pointed out the achievement and the problem of the course.
