Network Curriculum Design Based On Knowledge Management Theory Research

Along with the economical globalization and the high-tech fast development, our country has entered into the brand-new knowledge economy time. The knowledge becomes most important resource in the information time. The knowledge management's success application in enterprises can provided the model for it in the education application. It will receive more and more appreciation in the information education aspect, it will be the new element in the educational technology certainly, and also it will be the front topic which needs to study in the educational technology. At the same time, along with the computer technology's rapid development, the web-based course is playing the more and more vital role in the distance learning, It's construction has become a hot topic which we pays attention. How to design and exploit the web-based course which can develop the students'ability to gain knowledge, save knowledge, study knowledge, share knowledge and innovate knowledge? This article attempted to apply the knowledge management theory into the web-based course's design, proven union's feasibility, and put the design principle and strategy about the web-based course based on the knowledge management theory, including the recessive knowledge transformation and the transmission strategy, establishing the study organization, providing the knowledge management tool, raising study innovation ability and so on.This article takes the systems science theory as the instruction, uses literature reading as the fundamental research, takes the "Photographic Foundation" web-based course which was developed by author as the illustration, excavates the knowledge management's value in the network teaching further. There are five parts in this research:Part I: Knowledge management theory. Mainly introduces the core viewpoint of knowledge management and the present situation of knowledge management application in education.Part II: Propose to apply the knowledge management theory into the web-based course's design, mainly discusses some issues about the web-based course now, and prove the feasibility about applying the knowledge management theory into the web-based course's design.Part III: Design the web-based course which based on the knowledge management theory, propose the principle,strategy and the superiority about this kind of web-based course.Part IV: take the "Photographic Foundation" web-based course as example, introduce the system construction of the web-based course which based on the knowledge management theory, discusses the develop process specifically.Part V: Summarize the full text, Pointed out the flaw and the insufficiency and make the forecast to the research...
