Research, Education Management System Based On Knowledge Management

This research take the senior middle school of Huludao city in Liaoning province as the object to research, mainly about two points:1, by analyzing the texts about knowledge , knowledge management and the knowledge management of school under the background of the knowledge-based economy we can draw a conclusion that the key point of knowledge management of the school lies in the knowledge sharing, and the key point of knowledge sharing lies in the conversion from the explicit knowledge to tacit knowledge. Introduce the model of the education management system of the knowledge management" technique-society" system.2, study the process of setting up the education management system of the knowledge management:firstly,explicit the purpose, characteristics, step and principle;then discuss the strategy of setting up "social system" from the angle of the organization and the culture;lastly,put forward to the system structure of the education management system according to the actual circumstance of our school on the base of looking back the technical foundation of the knowledge management system.
