Study On The Ideological And Political Education Mechanism Of University

The college students who are charged with the mission to develop the economy and realize the china's modernization are the important manpower of the nation.In order to educate the college student with high quality,it has great importance to implement ideological and political education.It has theoretical and practical sense to perfect the ideological and political education mechanism,build a good environment and strengthen the ideological and political education efficency.This paper startedwith the content of ideological and political education,and stated the present situation with its constituent elements. Also its shortages with the reasons are analyzed and some positive suggestions are presented. This paper consists of five sections.In the first section, the ideological and political education mechanism is presented with its true meaning and extended meaning.It is discussed that what the ideological and political education mechanism means and what it consists of as well as its feature in this section. In the second section,the definition of the ideological and political education mechanism is given with its feature as well as its constituent elements are analyzed.In the third section,the present operation state of the ideological and political education mechanism are investigated.The problems in current mechanism are analyzed and the reasons are studied.This paper puts forward the ingeniously viewpoint that the incentive mechanism for the ideological and political education mechanism should be established to provide the ideological and political education for all members who would actively display their subjective initiative in the forth section.Sction fifth discussed how to insure the substantial results of the ideological and political education with the mechanisms optimized as well as the quality of the subject of education improved.
