Research On Mechanism Innovation Of Undergraduate Ideological And Political Education

Our party and state always attach importance to undergraduate ideological and political education, and to some extent, the achievement can equal with it as well. While one thing we can not deny is that some negative side still exist. Take our educational system for example, with the development of the society, the improvement and innovation for undergraduate ideological and political education has no material alteration. This restricts the effect of the education as it can hardly meet the current standard under the condition of the social change. Hence, conforming to the development of the times, undergraduate ideological and political education should be taken seriously.The undergraduate ideological and political education system can be treated as the process which is influenced by many aspects within the system, and it effects the education overall. Although traditional educational system plays an important role in the system once, while with the improvement of the society, disadvantages of traditional education system appear, such as inflexible communication system, monotonous incentive system, etc. And constant action should be made to consummate the modern educational system. Over the years, positive results are made through the research by academia. But this still should be push forward.Based on the idea "Innovation is the soul of a nation", and combining the problems of modern educational system, this paper eager to find the practical educational system which is competitive reasonable and perfect in order to offer the examples and ways to support the undergraduate political educational system.This paper includes3sections.Section one discusses the importance of the innovation of undergraduate political educational system. From the development of college, the expedience of political education and the grown of college students, this part shows what the innovation of undergraduate political educational system really means, and this is the motivation of the development of undergraduate political education and themselves.Section two relates to the conditions of the innovation of undergraduate political educational system, which from subjective reasons and objective ones, from theory to practice, from school and society etc. This part, as well, indicates the terms of innovation for the system have already matured with the evidence of transference of traditional educational system and the improvement of the whole society.Section three analysis the strategy of the innovation of undergraduate political educational system. First is that the foundation of undergraduate political educational system must be maintained. Second is that the targets for the innovation must be improved better. Last is that the contradiction which exits in the innovational process must be taken good care. And the conclusion strategy follows.
