The Study Of Cultivating The Harmonious Personalities Of The College Students

The harmonious personality means that the elements of the personality are in the state of coordinating, balancing and integrating with each other. It not only includes the coordination of himself and the integration of his behaviors, but also includes his harmonies with the others, the society and the nature. Cultivating the harmonious personality individually is one of the most significant issues to construct the harmonious socialistic society, also is the prerequisite and the bases to guarantee the harmonious and wealthy development of the society. The college students are our country's precious human resources and their personalities directly determine the personality's predisposition of the whole nation. Cultivating the harmonious of the college students is not only their necessity to develop and succeed but also the requirements to construct the harmonious socialistic society.With the development of the society and the establishing of the socialistic market economy, the environments that the students are facing with are becoming more and more complex and sophisticated, the pressures from their studies, their employments and their public relationships are getting greater, and thus there are more and more downsides that influence the development of their personalities. In addition, the college students themselves are in the special stage of their development, there are many unharmonious problems in their developments of personalities. From interpreting the personality and the harmonious personality, this paper mainly discusses about the deep meaning of the harmonious personality and its social significance, analyzes the major problems and its causes of their personalities, and then poses the essential measures to cultivate the harmonious personalities of the college students.The body of the paper consists of 4 parts:Part I: The meaning of the harmonious personalities of the college students.
