in nowadays, people gradually focus on making great efforts to build the harmonious society, and the promoting and developing subjectivite of human has been in accordance with the requirements of times, and has become an essential thesis of promoting the all-round development of human beings. The times are calling for the subjectivite of human and people also eager to see education play a role in promoting and cultivating the subjectivite of human. With the deep-going of socialist market economy and the reform and opening to the outside world, it has been a great topic of complying with the history and the development of times that emphasis on the cultivation of human's subjectivite such as autonomy, motility and creativity and so on, and promotion of the awakening of human's subject consciousness, as well as the development of human's subject ability. Political and thought education is a practical activity which is able to educate people, cultivate people and promote all-round development of people in a conscious, purposive and methodical way, and its intrinsic quality lies in offering services for the progress of society and the development needs of human. But as an educational activity where the subjectivite is very strong, its fundamental purpose is to foster the subject of social life. Therefore, there is no doubt that it is very important and full of actual significant to proposing the promotion and cultivation of human's subjectivite and displaying the harmoniousness with great efforts.The thesis expound systematically the connotation and characteristic of student's subjectivite, give analysis on the necessity of developing student's subjectivite, lay some examples on effective strategy to improve the subjectivite of students, meanwhile, combining the characteristics of the political and thought class, put forward the evaluation principles on developing the student's subjectivite.The thesis starts from the angle of paying attention to the subjectivite of student, propose that educator should concern and improve the classroom life quality, endow with life meaning and life value to the teaching in classroom, actively guide the students to realize the transformation from the former way of receiving passively to the present way of participating in actively.
