Throughout the development history of human society,the pursuit of people's Liberation and free and comprehensive development is always the most fundamental theme of the eternal.The essence of human development is the existence and development of the subject,the principal lives of people have three kinds of existence forms,namely the class subject,the group subject and individual subject.The class subject is an existence of subject with free and conscious characteristics,the social form of its popularity for class subject will be the Communist society in the advanced stage.The main subject is refers to group social main subject form such as the country,the nation,family,group,international organizations and so on,while individual subject is refers to individuals who engage in social practice activities.The group subject and individual subject is main forms of human existence as the subject in the current stage of social development.The group subject is composed of individual subject,and the highest form of individual subject is class subject.Therefore,the development of individual subject is the foundation and source of the development of people.The subject of College Students that this paper discusses and studies an important part of individual subject,is also forces to realize the Chinese dream letting the people have more to gain a sense.The development of College Students as the subject(that is,the students' subjectconsciousness or subject-consciousness development),the core is the development of the subject quality,the basic requirements are harmonious and optimal,the fundamental purpose is fully to shows subject-consciousness(adaptability).Here the subject quality is free and conscious accomplishment and quality of the subject,subject-consciousness is autonomy,initiative,creativity and transcendence of the subject.In this paper,College Students' subject-consciousness is taken as the research object,Marxist human theory and practice theory is used as a guide,the beneficial results of "Full personality" education theory and positive psychological theory were absorbed.Meanwhile,philosophy,ideological and political education,management,sociology and other fields of theory and methods are integrated use,the aim of that is to explore the ideological cognitive path and behavior practice path of College Students' subject-consciousnesson the basis of systematic analysis of the connotation,structure and present situation of College Students' subjective consciousness.Specifically,in this paper,based on the College Students' subject consciousness is what,why,how to do as the main line,the main research contents are as follows:(1)From the perspective of human development,the paper analyse the current problems of College Students' subject consciousness research,which focus only on the subjective consciousness of "shape" and daily departure from the "God" of subject consciousness.On this basis,the paper describes era value and practical significance of College Students' subject-consciousness research of the quotvividquot(bone marrow connected): it broaden and innovate theoretical research of the College Students' Ideological and political education,promote scientific transformation of practice mode of the College Students' ideological and political education,contributed to the development of College students' self subject quality.At the same time,the paper also carries on the literature review research,clarifies the basic angle of view and frame system of the research.(2)The thesis defines the connotation of the subjective consciousness and the subjective consciousness of the college students,and gives a thorough explanation onthe substance and characteristics of the subjective consciousness,and the value,elements of the subjectconsciousnessof college students.At the same time,this paper makes an analysis of Marx's theory of human science,practice theory and "full personality" education theory,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.(3)From the perspectiveof the vertical hierarchical structure(subject-consciousness-need,subject-conscious-awareness,subjectconsciousness-abilityandsubject-consciousness-personality)and horizontal configuration structure(ideology,political consciousness,moral consciousness and psychological consciousness),this paper deeply analyzes the dynamic multi-dimensional threedimensional structure system of the college students' subject-consciousnessand the complementary,transformation and integration relationship between its structural elements.The development of the vertical and horizontal structure elements of College Students' subject and their synergistic combination should promote the harmonious optimal development of College Students' subjective quality and take it as a core.(4)In this paper,we selected some universities in Jiangsu and conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation ofthe ideological cognition and practical development of College Students' subjective consciousness.At the same time,the moral education workers of different types and levels are selected to conduct qualitative interviews.The aim is to explore the trend of ideological cognition and practice development of College Students' subjective consciousness.And from the above two aspects,this paper analyzes the difficult problems faced by the development of the subject consciousness of College Students and their development predicament,and on this basis,analyzes the reasons for the formation of difficulties(5)From the level of reason and value guidance,three kinds of indispensable ideas on the implementation of "metaphysical construction" of theCollege Students' subjective consciousness should be put forward.That is to say,based on the understanding of College Students' subject consciousness,we should provide a solid ideological guidance and spiritual support for the College Students' subject consciousness of "shaping and implementing"(Practical Implementation)by implementing the subject consciousness value education of College Studentsbased on appeals stimulating,permeating the idea of university students' subject development based on cognitive changes toward communicative practice and building a campus culture ecology based on the development of emotion.A logical thinking system of "metaphysical construction" of "College Students' subjective consciousness" of "appeals stimulating-cognitive changes-emotional resonance" would be formed.(6)From the perspective of historical,synchronic and case design,this paper expounds the hierarchical development and practice path of College Students' subjective consciousness,the form development and practice path of College Students' subjective consciousness in synchronic situation and the practice path of "one body and two wings" of College Students' subjective consciousness under case design.This paper takes the development essence of "subject man" as the basic support,selects the key target subject of college students,and deeply excavates and demonstrates the essence connotation and reality of the development of the subject(consciousness)of College Students.Meanwhile,this paper expounds the internal unity relationship between the subject of university students and their consciousness,and the mechanism,the carrier and the method of the realization of the subjective consciousness of College Studentsbased on this relationship.There are two main innovations in this paper.In the first aspect,there is a good research perspective development and innovation of College Students' quality and ideological and Political Education.This paper chooses the subject consciousness of College Studentsas the research perspective,analyzes comprehensively and deeply how to realize the comprehensive and coordinated development of the self quality andthe continuous improvement of ideological and political literacyof the students as the subject,and focuses on the "metaphysical approach" and "the road of formation" in the development of College Students' quality in its "subject consciousness".It broaden research ideas of the college students' quality all-round development and ideological and political education.This paper chooses the essential domain of the subject consciousness of college students,and expounds their connotation and realization way.This article is an innovative attempt in the research field of College Students' growth,development and ideological and political education.Second,the paper try to construct the analysis framework of the subjective consciousness structure system and its realization mode.In this paper,the subjective consciousness of College Studentsas a whole research perspective,trying to build the structure of the system of subjective consciousness of College Studentsand the analysis framework of its implementation.First of all,hierarchy and morphological structure system of the subjective consciousness of College Studentsare constructed,and the consciousness and practice consciousness of subjective consciousness are integrated into the structure system to analyze and demonstrate thoroughly.On the one hand,this paper constructs the hierarchical structure of subjective consciousness of College Studentsaccording to diachronic development process of subjective consciousness of College Students.It includes "subject consciousness need,subject consciousness consciousness,subject consciousness ability and subject consciousness personality".On the other hand,the structure of subjective consciousness of College Studentshas been established according to the synchronic development process from the subjective consciousness of College Students.The ideological consciousness,political consciousness,moral consciousness and psychological consciousness of College Students' subjective consciousness are integrated into one.Secondly,the "metaphysical construction" and "down implementation" system of College Students' subjective consciousness are formed,and the concrete implementation requirements of Co Construction of universities,society and families are demonstrated.Not only from theideological construction of "metaphysical construction ",but also from implementing the path planning "down implementation".Furthermore,in this paper,layer upon layer it is permeatedconcepts and requirements of consciousness and practice consciousness of the subjective consciousness of College Students.It shows the internal mechanism and law system of the realization of the subjective consciousness of College Studentsandcomprehensively and systematically expounds how to realize the subjective consciousness of College students" through the "metaphysical","down","understanding" and "practice" of the innovation of dual realization mode.
