To be specific, how to improve the living standards of farmers, how to achieve the getting rich together among other people and how to realize modernization in the countryside are the primary tasks for the country. The root of the problem lies in the development of education in the countryside and the improvement of farmers'scientific and cultural qualities. And the key to the development of education in the countryside is the emphasis on the development of the teaching staff, especially those concerning compulsory education. Recently, the development of the teaching staff in the countryside has made great progress, but the overall condition remains poor. There had been great divergence in the past research. Research at the macro-level stresses on the abstract theories. It is not considerably manageable and incapable of reflecting teachers'practice. On the contrary, research at the micro-level emphasizes on specific problems. It is often criticized as not taking the holistic view and thus ineffective in improving the situation.This paper tries to get across analyze rural teachers'integration actuality of Shanxi Luliang, to radiate to the important target of rural teachers'development. Consequently, it affords reference and a policy advice for area relative departments constitutes and fulfils the development layout of the teachers'education.The research process mainly adopts documentary method and statistic analytical method. In the actuality analyzing, it uses documentary method to collect large number of data and analyze the data.Thought the research, this paper analyzes amply for the number of rural teachers,learning qualification structure,age structure,the title of a technical post structure,subject structure,personnel structure,workload,proceed education,treatment. In every aspect, during rural teachers and downtown teachers, there are many differences. Especially the most outstanding differences are number,learning qualification,the title of a technical post,proceed education,treatment. For accelerating our country's education equilibrium development and the development of rural education, rural teachers should accelerate development.A project of vital and lasting importance, education is the basic. A major programmer of lasting importance of education, teachers are the basic. The development of rural teachers undertake the hope of the development of Chinese rural, and the hope of the whole China's development, too.
