The Probe On The Localization Of Target Of Contemporary Chinese Rural Compulsory Education

China is currently in a historical period of the social transformation. The process of urban and rural integration has been gradually speeding up, which has brought an unprecedented opportunity and challenge to the rural compulsory education. The localization of rural compulsory education training target is related to the success of China's rural compulsory education and the realization of our modernization development strategy. The rural compulsory education in practice takes "to go to college- to bound the agricultural" as orientation , which can't meet the requirements of the comprehensive development of rural children and the needs of common construction in urban and rural areas. Theoretically rural compulsory target is caught in the dilemma of "for the agriculture" and "from the plight of agricultural". Creationists who are for the agriculture insist on serving rural and agricultural as well as going to college, while those creationists who are for the plight of agricultural emphasize the compulsory education in rural and city should be the same, which should serve going to college and cultivating qualified citizens. The two views have their separate rationality and limitation and both are worth our studying and discussing. After analyzing these two target localization and target research reflection, we should fully understand the tendency of the development of rural and urban construction together in the way of systematic and complication thinking and on the basis of rural rural compulsory education reality orientation problem, in order to dispel the paradox of "for the agriculture" and "from agricultural". The research of school education target is a comprehensive study, which should bases on the study of the school education, social development and human nature. The development between urban and rural areas should be coordinated, and we should fully understand the strategic position of the construction of socialist new countryside in the urban and rural integration, and we also must have a comprehensive understanding of the nature of education and the connotation of duty. Jaspers's education ideas and philosophy of survival education gives us much enlightenment in theory, the social development and the demand of education subject and the properties of school are the granted basis of rural compulsory education's goal orientation. According to the need of theory and reality and in the angle of the survival and development, this article puts forward the idea of rural compulsory education's deserved goal orientation, that is to say, to train rural students'actively healthy survival stance and spiritual formation so as to serve urban and rural mutual development. It means training modern nationality's basic quality, serving higher education and employment as well as establishing rural compulsory education's integrating training target system.
