Research on Assimilating Enterprise Cultures in Higher VocationalCollegesIt is an overall developing trend to improve higher vocationaleducation by cooperating with enterprises closely to make full use of theresources of them. Chinese government has tried to improve the highervocational education, but the input to it is very limited due to its primarystage of socialism. So in order to get a better development, the highervocational education must take paths in various channels and variouspatterns, and learn from the experiences of the higher vocationaleducation of foreign countries. In essence, higher vocational colleges'cooperating with enterprises and assimilating their resources is toassimilate the cultures of enterprises. So it can hit the mark if thecooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is studiedin view of culture.In this thesis, the higher vocational education transformingenterprise resources is studied, the values of assimilating enterprisecultures in higher vocational cultures is analyzed, and the principles,patterns and channels of the enterprise cultures in higher vocationalcolleges are put forward. It is hoped that through them the importance ofassimilating the resources of enterprise cultures can be realized, so thehigher vocational education can practice the assimilation more actively,more scientifically, the effect of running higher vocational colleges can beimproved, and the scientific development of the higher vocationaleducation can be promoted.There are three sections in this thesis. In the first one, the value ofassimilating enterprise cultures is studied, and it is believed that there islogic relationship between the culture of higher vocational colleges andenterprises. Namely, it is possible and feasible for enterprise cultures toassimilate educational and teaching resources. It is an ideal way forhigher vocational colleges to solve the problems of the lack of educational resources, and also the key to forming vocational educationfeatures in higher vocational colleges by means of assimilating enterprisecultures. In the second chapter, the principles of assimilating enterprisecultures in higher vocational colleges are studied. It mainly discusses theselective principle, the study principle, the imparting principle and thepractice principle, which are the basic requirements of practicing theassimilation of enterprise cultures. In the last chapter, the patterns andchannels of assimilating enterprise cultures in higher vocational collegesare studied. It is believed that in China the educational and teachingresources can be developed by assimilating enterprise cultures throughsystem, curriculum, exchange of personnel between enterprise andcolleges, the construction of practice base and social practice.
