Enterprise culture is the manifestation of the enterprise core values, is also animportant part of enterprise core competitiveness. Campus culture is the educationalenvironment carrier to show the talent, is also the important embodiment of schoolcharacteristics. Student employment, due to the differences of two culture betweencolleges, students are difficult to adapt to corporate culture, post the issue such asdifference of ability to adapt. Based on the survey of higher vocational colleges andenterprises, it is concluded that between docking,to improve vocational collegesstudents’ enterprise flexibility and adaptability to improve students’ professionalidentity and professional quality. Due to insufficient recognition ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation both sides between cultural docking, lack of culturalinteraction between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, the construction ofcampus culture connotation, lack of features, enterprise culture construction is tooutilitarian, has certain limitation, led to appeared in the process of docking betweenthe lack of regulation, superficial action, measures loopholes in management rules,such as the effect of university-enterprise cooperation. Through the investigation andstudy it is concluded that the major factors that influence between docking are:professional quality, professional identity, the government factors, industry factors,interests, vocational colleges and their own factors, etc.Aimed at the problems existing in the docking between, from the implementationof the combination of production and education, this paper introduces "three culturedocking system", pay attention to build characteristic campus culture, cultivatingprofessional literacy; In behavior in reference to enterprise image recognition system,enhance professional cultural identity; In the management of the formation of adiversified management main body of the academic institutions, docking betweenculture scientific macroscopic comprehensive management as a whole; In the processof internship introduction "balanced scorecard" system, effectively blocked the "hole"execution; Culture at the same time, strengthen the industry guidance, the introduction of "race culture" promote cultural communication industry. Finally, thispaper conclude that solid construction of characteristic campus culture, cultivatingcultural quality, attaches great importance to the book culture to educate, classroomculture, education, community culture, teacher culture education, cultural educationtraining room base; Excellent enterprise culture management of key learningenterprise culture, responsibility, team culture; Strengthen the industry culture guide;To form a diversified management main body of academic institutions.
