"How to promote the speciality development of the teachers" is to be the central topic for discussion of educational reforms in the present world. After entering the new millennium, we think much of the speciality development of the teachers which becomes the focal point of current educational reforms and development in our Chinese nation. Recent years, all kinds of modern educational theories proposed a new explanation for the speciality development of the teachers: the Independent Development is the new connotation of the speciality development of the teachers, the Narrative Research is the new optic angle of the speciality developmental research of the teachers, the Solicitude Ethics is the new ethical request of the speciality development of the teachers in the new period, and the Individual knowledge is the new knowledgeable constitution of the speciality development of the teachers, the Teachers' Intelligence of practising becomes the inevitable request of the teachers' development.At present, research papers on the speciality development of the teachers are mostly current situation discussion of the speciality development of the teachers both at home and abroad, the teachers' speciality developmental explanation of the significance or the implication, the idea of the content and the method the teachers' speciality development, the system of demonstration research is seldom to meet. Moreover, its research is based on the way of thinking of men which deduces the tranditional ethics, the research literature which focuses on the speciality development of the female teachers is very few.This article' s angle of view is based on the pedagogy research of the feminine principle, it attempts to penetrate the personal life history of the female teacher who engages in the students' management, with the life experience research way, adopts the method of autobiography research, analyses and explains the self-development of the teacher, the development of specialized study community promotes the school tradition, the influence of the students' study from the atmosphere of a school improvement, "self-renewal" "practical wisdom" from the orientation of speciality development of the teachers to explore the developmental process and mechanism of the speciality of the teachers.The full text includes four independent chapters, according to the time of self-development, the priority sequence of the main roles, the thoughts and feelings, the psychology, the life experience, the contradictory conflicts from the social life and so on. They are portrayed independently in the following four stages, in front of the duty to educate, the practical exercises, the duty separately takes advanced courses, the motion studies. Through the angle of practical wisdom and the growth of spiritual life to explain the life events of educational scene significantly.In addition, the part of foreword introduces the reasons of the selected topic. The background of the research, the main methods of the research; in the part of concluding remarks, the orientation on practical wisdom of the teachers' development is pondered on and discussed entirely, responded the theme again: the choice wisdom of the speciality development of the teachers and the life developmental road of each individual is: "The manner decides all, with education, we are lucky!" Constructing the self-education mechanism of the teachers comprehensively is the method to push forward the speciality development of the teachers effectively.
