Media literacy education is the entitlement of every citizen, in every country in the world. Media literacy education is at a watershed moment around the world. Media literacy refers to the skills and knowledge needed to choose , question, analyze, interpret, and evaluate messages. In contemporary society, the mass media with its mighty culture offensive, more and more thoroughly affect people's thought and behavior method, specially for students' global view, morals view and value view .First of all, the text gives a define about the basic meaning of media literacy and media education, tells us what is its including .Then it expounds the theoretical foundation and realistic basis, establishes the solid theoretical foundation for the new developing teaching view. It points out the media must give play to education, try to improve the students' ability of question, choose, analyze, interpret, and evaluate. Thus it can help these students to work hard, to develop skills, to establish the solid foundation for the future. In order to make the mass media give play to positive function to the education of students, we must increase students' medium cultivated manners, guide these students to proceed the discriminator to medium information and choice, and avoid the negative influences that the public media bring to the students as far as possible. Teaching though media is the requirement of the message society and modernized-teaching. Teaching though media is the requirement of students' health awareness for their lifelong-education. Teaching though media is the requirement of quality-education and extensive Chinese-Teaching. Media education in China lags behind other countries in the world. We must promote good media messages for these students, manage to research and practice on integrating media education in Chinese-teaching and the other curricula. It points out the integrating can promote these students' critical-thinking skills, and it can promote students' intelligence, moral view and their aesthetical ability. Finally, proved with the classroom instruction instance in vocational training middle-school to show the feasibility of operating, it is not the nihility theory of drawing a long bow definitely. Moreover, it points out the teachers' media literacy must improve too. We hope that we can make great successes with our students at the same time.
