It has been a troublesome problem for both the teachers and the students in middle schools to teach or learn to write an outstanding composition. To seek a new way of composition has been what the Chinese teachers persist in for generations. Until now there has been no certain better effective way but to ask the students to practise reading and writing more, which makes composition the most puzzling and painful nut for the teachers and students.In this essay it claims a creative composition method. Quality education is set to cultivate their abilities and learn to be a real human. It is the same with composition, that is, the teachers need to guide the students to enhance their composition through improving their imagination, creativity, language standard and literary attainment and other qualities based on their real life experience.It goes as following: First, the author gives a detailed analysis of the nowadays situation in composition teaching and points out the difficulties when teaching the students how to compose with creativity. Based on the aims in the teaching syllabus for middle school students, it attaches much more importance to the cultivation of the students' imagination and creativity. Secondly, explains what is creative composition, the influence and impact it has on the traditional composition teaching method, and its relationship with quality education concluding it a breakthrough in teaching the Chinese language. Thirdly, with some good examples of creative composition, the author has a clear explanation of the characteristics and requirements of it. Next, it goes to the cultivation of creative composition from many aspects, such as the guide, the actors and the circumstances. And then the author introduces some teaching ways and methods accumulated in his experience. At last a prediction is made about what composition teaching would be like in the future.
