The teachers' continuing education is a very important question inour current education development.The enterprise teacher's continuingeducation in elementary and middle schools is a branch from the wholeteacher's continuing education in elementary and middle schools. Notonly have the commonness with the whole teacher's continuing educationin elementary and middle schools, but also have some characteristiconeself. The paper aims at the research, which the enterprise elementaryand middle schools teacher continuing education cannot fall to the ground,which's big background is in the education reform and under the newcurriculum thorough implementation. This article's origin come from theauthor's direct-viewing in the enterprise's school work, with theadditional rationality thinks the author put forward the present thesis:Enterprise teacher's continuing education question and elementarycountermeasure in elementary and middle schools. The paper researchdocument is Xiangtang steel and iron group limited company (hereaftershortened form xianggan), which's elementary and middle schools isprecisely the enterprise elementary and middle schools teacher continuingeducation model, the xianggan existing three elementary schools, a juniormiddle school, a complete middle school (provincial level demonstrationmiddle school), its theory and the practice research has the universalsignificance to the elementary and middle schools teacher continuingeducation.The present paper used some research method, for exampleinvestigation, literature, comparison, and so on, based on analysis theteacher's continuing education's condition and the research's background,used human resources management's some theories and knowledge, wishto solve the actual effect of enterprise elementary and middle schoolsteacher's continuing education, provides the model as other enterpriseelementary and middle schools teacher's continuing educations. Based onthe studies the author believe that, through the training demand appraisal, the achievements examination and the process monitoring, the linkage inthe government, the enterprise (or organization) and the school,constructs a set of complete elementary and middle schools teachers'continuing education system, then we could fundamentally enhance theactual effect of the teacher's continuing education.The full paper can be divided from five parts:The first part studies the teacher's continuing education presentsituation and the question, analysising the Xianggan elementary andmiddle schools teacher's continuing education present situation, thecharacteristic and the reason on a worse actual effect,Second part outlines enterprise elementary and middle schoolsteacher's continuing education theory and value, depictioning teacher'scontinuing education concept, characteristic, and research significance.The third part proposes the enterprise and even the entire elementaryand middle schools teacher's continuing education goal request, whichstudied the domestic and foreign elementary and middle schools teacher'scontinuing education and the domestic and foreign enterprises elementaryand middle schools teacher's continuing education.The fourth part constructs the ideal enterprise schoolteacher'scontinuing education management system using the human resourcesmanagement theory and seeking the solution pattern and thecountermeasure of enterprise elementary and middle schools teachercontinuing education from the three stratification viewings of thegovernment, the enterprise and the school.The fifth part realizes the perfect union between the teacher'scontinuing education with the practices, dealing with the four connectionwhich is good study's theory and the idea transforms, etc.
