The ISO9000 quality management system, accepted as an internationalquality management system standard by many countries in the world, is auniversal management mode embodying characters of industry andorganization, also a human-oriented and text-oriented management modebearing the functions of self-supervision, self-review andself-improvement. The introduction of ISO9000 quality managementsystem into the kindergarten attached to Nanhua University has provedthat its introduction into educational field has definite theoretical andpractical significance in promoting the education management in asystematic, standardized and scientific way and improving managementefficiency, as well as raising its level.The dissertation, on the basis of summarizing the introduction ofISO9000 quality management system into educational field in our country,applying the approaches of case study, document and experiencesummarization, places emphasis on dissecting concretely processes andinterrelated experience of ISO9000 quality management systemestablished in the kindergarten attached to Nanhua University and makessome reflection to expect to perfect it and its utilization. The dissertationis divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction that reviews its research background,significance, methodology and development at home and abroad to get aprimary knowledge of ISO9000 quality management system.The second part accounts for the characters of ISO9000 qualitymanagement system and status quo and dispute of its introduction intoeducational field in order to provide theoretical and practical support forits rational introduction and scientific exertion.The third part, taken the kindergarten attached to Nanhua University as a case, tries to describe detailedly basic processes of establishingISO9000 quality management system to acquire a full understanding ofits application and basin means and ways to provide material forpondering and perfecting ISO9000 quality management system.The fourth part aims to make some reflection on some disadvantageousfactors in applying ISO9000 quality management system based onsummarizing the experience and lesson of the kindergarten's introductionattached to Nanhua University and proposes that ISO9000 qualitymanagement system can be established in kindergarten management, butit is unseemly to certify the education quality according to this standard.
