The experiments are investigating the effects of the rhodiola compounds on the immue organs,such as thymus, spleen, the function of the endotheliocyte and the time of the endurence of inhibition hypoxia of the body;the effects on the indexes of blood routines, biochemic and the freeradical parameters of blood and the organs of the mice's, such as myocardium, liver and quadriceps, respectively, after the different exercises and under the different exercise time; the effects on the expression of bc1-2,bax of the organs, such as liver, quadriceps under the condition of the load swwimming exercise induced fatigue.Through these examinations, We want to observe the effects of the compounds on the exercise induced fatigue mice and the proboblity of the mechanisms, to provide the experiment basis for the research on how delay the occourance of the exercise induced fatigue or how eliminate the fatigue effectively.The experiment consises of the messurements of the immue organs and their functions and tolerating the absence of oxygen, the effects on the organs,such as myocardium, liver and quadriceps and so on ,of the item of the no-trained,the medium swimmming exercise(including the messurement the blood lacticte in different time after the train and the effects on different organs after the train immediately and 24h),the exhaustive load swimming exercise.And each item of the experiments is divided into 4 groups correspondingly. These are: the 0.9%NS control group'Panax Quinquefolium control group(PG)'5ml/kg Rohodiola herbs group(LG) and 15ml/kg herbs group(HG). We will detect the indexes of the organs correspondingly after the mice were used the contents for 4 weeks and were trained according to the experiment divice,get the values and analyse the vaules with the SPSS 12.0. And all the values were treated and anysised with statistics. ( 1 )The effects of the Rohodiola herbs on the immune organs and its function,spleen and thymus index ,the endurance hibitionof hypoxia:The Rohoodiola herbs enhance the mice's phagocytosis function of the phyagocytes and delay the time of pole climbing and inhibition of hypoxia.( 2 ) The effects of the Rohodiola herbs on the indexes of the organs of the no-trained mice:The Rohodiola herbs have significantly effects on index of MDA of serum and liver, ATPanse activity of myocardium and quadriceps, T-AOC of quadriceps,and they all have significantly deffericial compared wifh NS group(P < 0.05).But the Rohodiola herbs have no significantly effect on the values of SOD of all the tissues(P >0.05).( 3 ) The effects of the Rohodiola herbs on the indexes of the organs of the mice that were trained in medium swimming sport after the train immediately and the train 24h:The Rohodiola herbs have significantly effects on these indexes and can increase the values of SOD, T-AOC of mycaeium and T-AOC of quadriceps that during sports and after sports;increase the values of SOD, T-AOC of liver, ATPanse activity of myocardium during the sports,increase the SOD, ATPanse of quadriceps and ATPanse of liver after the sports;and it can also decrease the values of SOD of serum,, MDA of myocardium and quadriceps during the sports and MDA of liver after sports,and all of these values hwve significant difference compared with the values of control's groups ( P < 0.05 ) .( 4 ) The effects of the Rohodiola herbs on the blood lacticacid content of the mice that were trained in in medium swimming sport:Right the exercise and aftr 20 min,compared with NS group,the HG group svalues of blood lacticacid content had significantly differicial(P < 0.05).( 5 ) The effects of the Rohodiola herbs on the indexes of the organs of the mice that were trained fatigue by the swimming sport:The Rohodiola herbs have significantly effects on these indexes and can increase the values of SOD, T-AOC of mycaeium and T-AOC of quadriceps that during sports and after sports;increase the values of SOD, T-AOC of liver, ATPanse activity of myocardium during the sports,increase the SOD, ATPanse of quadriceps and ATPanse of liver after the sports;and it can also decrease the values of SOD of serum, MDA ofmyocardium and quadriceps during the sports.and MDA of liver after sports,and all of these values hwve significant difference compared with the values of control's groups ( P < 0.05 ).(6) The effects of the Rohodiola herbs on the expression of the apoptosis fscter ofquadriceps of the mice that were exercised induced fatigue by the swimming sport:The Rohodiola herbs can promote the organ of quadriceps of the mice to express the facter of bcl-2 and has the effect of protective to the organs that are hurted by the exhausted exercise.The Rohodioa herbs componds can delay occurrence of sport fatigue or prompt resuming the sports fatigue through the decrease contents of and increase the activity of SOD, T-AOC and ATPanse of myocardium, liver and quadriceps, and decrease the values of MDA of the mice's myocardium, liver and quadriceps during the sports and after the sports,the expression of the facter of bc1-2 of the quadriceps.So the componds has the effects of promoting actives of antioxidation ,improving the resistance to lipid peroxidation ,accelerating glycolysis process of some organs, such as myacardium, liver and so on, and having the effect of protecting the organs that are effected by the exhaustive exercise. So the comonds can protect the organs effected by the different kinds of exercises and delay the ocurance of the fatigue that are induced by the exercises or can facilitate the rimovel of the fatigue.
