The curricula reformation is the core of raising the people's educational level and talent. We are supposed to adjust and optimize knowledge structures to follow the social development. On the other hand, we should train easy and practical talents. In more recent times, we has undergone long period of exploration and practice to train talents we needed by following the enhancements of physical education project of the State Education Commission.The main methodology used is this paper includes document, logical inference, comparison and so on. By doing surveys of curricula project improving progresses in physical education and graduates, I have summed up the curriculum enhancements of Physical Department, ChongQing University since 2000. One thing is certain: The goal of training promising; the adjustment of compulsory or elective courses and the training of knowledge or culture need reforming. The other side is the lack of scientific teaching plan, the continuity and rationality of curricula projects. Then, the mutual contradictions are between curricula reformation and deepen it. On the other hand, we need to analyses the changing which's between social economic development and the conditions of employment. So, we should train new generational physical talents. In order to achieve the aim, we are supposed to carry on the reformation and keep the balance of reformation and actual deeds.
