The Study On The Construction Of Practical Training Base In Higher Vocational Education

As an important part of higher vocational education system, practical training is an indispensable link in the course of cultivating talents with technical application ability. And practical training base is the fundamental guarantee to put practical training into practice. However, currently, for various reasons, practical training bases of many higher vocational education academies in China can't meet the demand of practical training and teaching, which brings serious effect to education quality of Chinese higher vocational education. So, to develop higher vocational education, the construction of practical training base should be enhanced.This paper falls into six parts. In the first part, the writer briefly states the meaning, the method and states quo of the study of the project. In the second part, the writer briefly explains the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education and concept, effect and function of its practical training base. In the third part, the writer describes problems existing in the course of practical training base construction in Chinese higher vocational education, and it analyses the reasons of the problems as well. In the fourth part, the writer mainly deals with some successful experiences on higher vocational education training base construction in some developed countries, and also draws enlightenment from their experiences. In the fifth part, the writer does some research on construction model of higher vocational education base in and out of school, and gives detailed analyses and arguments to some issues found in the course of construction. In the last part, the writer clarifies the roles played by the government, enterprises and academies, and the relationship among them.
