| In our country, Higher Vocational Education have development for 20 years, it had cultivated a large number of the modernization of skilled high-quality specialized personnel and become one of important components in Higher Education. It keeps relatively independent and relatively rapid development. However, with the new industrialization road, building a new socialist countryside and innovation-based country requirements for high-skilled personnel and continuous improvement. Higher Vocational Education is faced with better opportunities for development, but it also faced with severe challenges. In our country, speeding up the training of highly qualified skilled specialists of higher vocational education have become an urgent task. Higher vocational colleges from schools to locate and cultivate the demand model, in order to cultivate practical ability to adapt to the needs of the general importance of the training base construction. The school practical training base undertakes most of the practice-teaching mission, students are at school during the practical ability and develop the professional quality of the cradle are the key to improve the quality of teaching. Training students only receive school-based skills training and must master the skills, techniques.
