The vocational education of our country has made a rapid development in recent years.It had cultivated a large number of the modernization of skilled high-quality specializedpersonnel and become one of important components in Education. It keeps relativelyindependent and relatively rapid development. However，with the new industrializationroad、building a new socialist countryside and innovation-based country requirements forhigh-skilled personnel and continuous improvement, vocational education is faced withbetter opportunities for development，but it also faced with severe challenges.In our country, speeding up the training of highly qualified skilled specialists of highervocational education have become an urgent task. Vocational colleges from schools tolocate and cultivate the demand model, in order to cultivate practical ability to adapt to theneeds of the general importance of the training base construction. The school practicaltraining base undertakes most of the practice-teaching mission, students are at schoolduring the practical ability and develop the professional quality of the cradle are the key toimprove the quality of teaching. Training students only receive school-based skills trainingand must master the skills, techniques.
