Study On Management Pattern Of Laboratories In FS Professional College

Laboratory, as a method for the higher vocational colleges to put their practical education in practice and accomplish their educational task, is very important in its management pattem. Facing the pressure of enrollments of universities and optimization of inner organizations, colleges, as an institution to cultivate persons with abilities for social applications, has a very urgent and essential problem, that is "how to establish and better the system for ensuring educational qualities by optimizing the managements of laboratories". Making a comprehensive view of the management pattems of laboratories in colleges, we can see that they usually reference other domestic colleges 'experiences in laboratories managements instead of form suitable management styles on the base of their own teaching characteristics .Because the management methods of laboratories in colleges are mainly based on the functional managements of dividing the working, quite a few problems appear in the processes of operations. This thesis takes FS College as its conceming object and discuss such ubiquitous problems as: bad share of resources, low utilization ratio and ossificatory management by analyzing closely its current management status. By introducing advanced ideas in flow managements and the impact of IT on managements, in the optimized designs of the managements of laboratories in FS College, ideas of flow managements are introduced, and it is brought forward that a management system of laboratories with FS College's characteristics should be established based on ideas of flow managements under those advantageous conditions for the construction of information-based campus.This thesis does study on FS College as its experimental unit and achieve satisfactory effect of higher quality of managing laboratories, shorter period of handling affairs and more desirable utilization ratio of resources in laboratories and extent of students' and teachers' contentment by putting new flow managements into practice and transforming traditional functional managements into flow-oriented managements.
