With the rapid development of the informationization process in today's society,the personnel management information system has begun to be applied in various industries.In the information management system of colleges and universities at home and abroad,focusing on human resources is the focus of personnel management in modern colleges and universities,which can help colleges and universities rationally allocate resources.The personnel management system of colleges and universities has become an important part of it,and it has gradually become a powerful tool to help university administrators to conduct data management and information analysis.At present,the university personnel management system has played an important role in teacher information management,salary management,recruitment training,attendance assessment,etc.,greatly reducing the workload of school management personnel.This paper firstly combs the current situation of personnel management in a higher vocational college,clarifies its urgent need for information management methods,sorts out business processes,and determines the transaction authority of system users.Analyze the business process of the current personnel management work,and analyze the functional requirements of the personnel management system of a higher vocational college in combination with the needs of information construction.Based on the analysis of system requirements,the system architecture and network architecture suitable for the development of personnel management and analysis system in a higher vocational college are designed.The object-oriented design method is used to design the functional modules,processes,and databases of the system.System login,teacher management,department position management,recruitment management,compensation management,attendance management,system management and statistical analysis module based on JavaEE SSM framework and Oracle 11 g database programming.According to the test requirements,the test cases are reasonably designed and the system function test is performed.Performance testing was performed using Load Runner 11.0 to verify system availability.Based on SSM,this paper designs and develops a personnel management and analysis system for a higher vocational college.Through system application,it can enable higher vocational colleges to improve the efficiency of personnel management,more convenient access to human resources related information,and reduce college management costs.
