In recent years,our country attaching great importance and vigorously support to higher vocational education,it making the vigorous rise and innovation of higher vocational education,expanding the number of higher vocational colleges,and causing the diversified development of subject and major setup.But comparing with the vocational education in the other developed countries in the world,we are so still far behind them,we are just begin to gradually pay attention to the development of vocational education.Under China's recent national conditions and economic situation development,the management and development of the higher vocational education still have a lot of shortcomings.Most of the higher vocational education theory research of our country is to analyze,draw lessons from the vocational education experience of the other developed countries,the basis of indigenous knowledge is weak.The key problem of the development of high vocational education is how to make our high vocational education apply and serve the Chinese characteristicsThe teaching quality of higher vocational education is the life of vocational education and the core of higher vocational education development.Researching in higher vocational education teaching quality has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,the right way to develop our higher vocational education level to catch up with the international level is intensifying the study of'education teaching quality,and according to our country's current social and economic development level,establishing a higher vocational colleges teaching quality management system that planning,implementing,monitoring and improving the relevant factors of teaching quality through the whole process of teaching activities.Higher vocational colleges teaching quality management system is the basis,premise and guarantee of' the development of higher vocational education.On the basis of the in-depth discussion of the higher vocational education theory and the whole process of quality theory,this paper analyzed the current higher vocational education situation and studied current situation and the problems existing in the education quality management in our country,and built a scientific and reasonable teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges,from teaching planning aspects,teaching running aspects and teaching quality assessment and feedback,then put forward some constructive proposals for the smooth running of system.This provides an important reference significance to the further exploration and development of higher vocational education in our country.
