Abstract: To satisfy the studying society's demands on quality training of the laborers, adult education should try to provide individualized and personalized training service. From the perspectives of individual adult studying demands and specialty of adult education, the paper explores into the individualized service model of adult education, under the instruction of which, the author studies the methods to develop an individualized adult educational online curriculum, and based on this, constructs an assessment system for it.The paper consists of four parts.Partâ… : By reading up self-directed learning theories, adult learning is purposeful and designing. The author defines the individual studying demands of adult students from the perspectives of the aims, contents, styles and assessment of study, and proposes the fundamental demands of the construction of adult educational online curriculum according to the independence and individual demands of the adult students.Partâ…¡: Individualized training service is the core of adult education. The adult students' basic demand on adult education is to organize adult-student-centered teaching activities. Conducted by the thought of providing individualized training service, the paper constructs the role-based RBAE model for adult education. The author puts forward the principles of individualized adult educational online training curriculum, and initially explores into the ways of constructing the individualized adult education.Partâ…¢: The construction and the assessment of online curriculum are two supplementary taches. Constrction is ultimate tache, assessment is means. In this part, the author, by thumbing lots of relevant data, focuses on introducing the general ways of online curriculum assessment, the standards of online curriculum assessment in some foreign countries and the major problems with the online curriculum assessment in China.Partâ…£: In this part, the author offers a basic train of thought on the assessment of the individualized construction of adult educational online curriculum, and sets specific demands on the objectives, contents of the curriculum and teaching designs and technical designs. By adopting the assessment index system and referring to massive analysis on online curricula home and abroad, the author summarizes the dimensions of individualized construction of adult educational online curriculum, they are the objectives and contents of the curriculum, teaching designs and technical designs. By combining the dimensions of assessment with the individual demands of adult students, the author specifies the second-class index of individualized construction of adult educational online curriculum, which is very directive but not specific enough. So it is essential and key to specify the second-class index further more. Through concluding and summarizing ,the specified description of the second-class index, a precise and refined commentary language, as the third-class index of the whole assessment index system, comes into being. And this complete assessment index system consists of the first-class, second-class and third-class indexes.
