In China,with the development of educational technology,the pressure of searching jobs also enlarges immediately.At the same time,in these years,the academic construction of the educational technology follows the United States,the distance between the development and the society demanding is more and more big.Many schools are still applying for setting up this profession.However, many of them don't understand the reason,purpose,academic position,professional position,training object,course structure and course contents etc.So,in order to make the profession keep up with the society,to break through the "bottleneck" of development,we have to make professional training model belonging to our own.Professional training model is a total express of professional training process.Investigate one subject to person's request and training method, have to trace back to the root.So this thesis discusses the multi-layer professional training model of educational technology from five directions:Chapter 1,to research the condition of educational technology in China,relying on it,analyze the crisis and embarrassed situation of educational technology in China;Chapter 2,to research the condition of foreign educational technology, especially in American;Chapter 3,to contrast the difference and similarity between domestic and international educational technology from training corpus,training environment,training programme and the direction of the graduation.Point out the importance of making our own training model;Chapter 4,the core part,to discuss the multi-layer professional training model of educational technology from three layers(undergraduate, Master, Doctor),five aspects(the reason,purpose,academic position and professional position,training object,course);Chapter 5, to analyze the impact of the teacher's training of primary and junior high school to the undergraduate's education of educational technology.Finally,we reach the preliminary conclusion:1.The position of educational technology is "technology", and should distinguish"hard technology" with"soft technology".Hard technology is material technology and technical ability of mankind.Soft technology is an ability that we make use of theoretic knowledge to analyze problem.Only hard technology combines with soft technology,then can be teaching optimization, then can integrate educational technology into course,then can make educational technology be truth.2.There are many views for the position of educational technology, such as cross subject,applied subject,methodology subject and so on. From the academic layer, ducational technology is the second class subject of pedagogy.But in my opinion, educational technology is unique.lt has it's character and is independent.Those views embody the some academic properties or attributes of educational technology.3.Professional position shouldn't be unified,although it follows the unified academic position and the broad sense training object.The unified talent would be more and more narrow in searching jobs and it would bring more disadvantages to the development of subject.So, the narrow sense training object (including the professional direction and the occupation direction) should exertive more and more important function.4.Training object should include broad sense and narrow sense.The broad sense should accord with the social demands.The narrow sense should react special features of university, the advantage of region and ability of the graduation.So, the narrow sense of the different layer, different school should be different.5.The teacher's training of primary and junior high school in educational technology will bring huge impact to the undergraduate's employment.So, it is necessary to reform the undergraduate's professional training model.
