With fast development of information technology, there are enormous and profound changes on education such as aim of cultivation, study content, teaching ways, and group form etc. So teachers which are in face of times transform waving can't do as methods previously. In order to help teachers to adapt circumvent and complete transformation from traditional teaching to new type information workers, there have being a great deal practice and research job of teacher training in and out, what's more education technology training of teachers is becoming a indispensable content for different subjects. However training quality and benefit are severely affected by immense contrast on cultivation aim, theory foundation and teaching action which are following with traditional education and design idea.We adopt ways of literature analyses, questionnaire survey, demonstration study and theory discussion together with many subjects such as education, psychology, the communication, the cogitation science and education technology etc. based on idiographic work designing and jointing the elementary school teachers training. Education characteristic of information era is analyzed systemically and new requests are bringing forward to teachers. Then we consider the insufficiency of today's information technology training and introduce theory foundation of education technology training for elementary school based on meshwork environment. With corresponding conceptions, what is called education technology in education training will be illuminated following.In this paper, content choice and unfolding manners are discussed in two sides on elementary school teachers education training with network circumvent firstly, and problems of design and rectify of course systematic, design of technique teaching, development of collaboration study, management and evaluate system, found of network environment and faculty adviser etc. are introduced then, together with how to do them in practice training for researchers.This thesis is a result of training work for rizhao harbor bureau No. 2 elementary school, advancing content choice and methods strategy of elementary school teachers in network circumvent. We will check up and develop the strategy in the following training practice from now on, in order to promote the theory development of elementary school teachers training on education technology.
