The compulsory education curriculum reform in our country has been evolved across-the-board. And the high school curriculum reform has come to experimental stage in a step-by-step basis. Along with the deepening of reform, the issue of the quality of teachers becomes an important constraint to smooth the new curriculum reform. To adapt to the new curriculum reform, teachers need to make certain their own role correctly and achieve their own professional growth, according to their own values. The school-based teaching research is an important and effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. The current educational activities, understanding students' status quo becomes a necessary condition for effective teaching. The education research work in favor of the development of education should be the case. But the school-based teaching research often lack attention to the student in theory and practice. The article points out that the school-based research needs to import student's feedback and establish the student feedback mechanism in order to protect its validity.Through discussing the teacher specialization and the school-based teaching research abstractly, the disquisition points out that physics teachers achieve the professional growth of teachers by request of realize the value of theory, the physical requirements of the new curriculum standards, making certain their own role correctly, and so on. The school-based teaching research is an important and effective way to promote the professional growth of teachers. The three essentials are self-reflection, peer coaching and professional leading. They insure that the school-based teaching research be capable of promote the professional growth of teachers. But the student's feedback mechanism should be imported in order to protect the validity of the school-based teaching research.A questionnaire survey has been put in practice, as an example of physics classroom teaching concerning grade two and grade three of the high school. By analyzing the questionnaire data, it can be concluded that the development needs of both students and psychological, emotional, learning needs have similarities, but also all have different degrees of difference. In other words, the development and needs of students not only have both commonness and difference, but also are keeping developing and changing continuously. As a result of the complex situation of students, to understand the conditions is necessary to teach and research teaching for teachers. It is essential to import student feedback in school-based teaching research, since it's one of teaching and research activities.The disquisition points out importing the student feedback mechanism in school-based teaching research can protect its validity and make the professional growth of teachers be durative in this activity. In school-based teaching research, the student feedback mechanism will play the following three functions:First, importing the student feedback mechanism is the inherent need to enhance the effectiveness of teaching through the school-based research;Secondly, the student feedback mechanism is able to monitor the whole process of the school-based research;Thirdly, importing the student feedback mechanism will make the school-based teaching research be a really dynamic system for sustainable development.
