The Classroom Perspective Of The Teacher-Student Relation

The teachers and students are the main bodies in the teaching process. The teacher-student relation in the teaching process is the most important, the most basic interpersonal relationship. The nature and the level of this kind of relationship have the vital role to the effect of education and teaching activity, which have the profound influence to the development of the students'body and mind. Since each domain of education all more or less involves this question, to some extent: The problem of the teacher-student relation is the breach of current education reform. Therefore, the study of the relationship between teachers and students is extremely essential, especially for today's deepened reform and comprehensive implementation of education for all-around development.This research used the archery target research which presents its unique charm in social sciences research day after day. The archery target research researches the individual "the life world" as well as social organization's daily operation conducts under the natural situation, to make the understanding of "the explanation" to constructs by people's life story and the construction of the significance, advocate the researcher to participate the situation of the studies, have the same sentiment with the people we research, faces directly the fact, participate the process, through "deeply traces" the detail and the fact, in the process of recombining the pieces into a story, let the nature of the thing gradually presents through the explanation and the altogether sentiment of researcher . I selected some middle schools in Changchun as the scene of my study , in September 2006, I officially entered the scene of my study , attending the classes in three classes of grade seven and grade eight. The material collection mainly includes attending a class and interview conversation.This research has promulgated that the teacher-student relation is survival way of person. That causes the teacher-student relation even more important. The schools, the guardians as well as the society clearly realize the importance of the teacher-student relation. The teacher-student relation is complex, also can not be exhausted. This article researches also only one side of the teacher-student relation, the research of the teacher-student relation had not ended by far. I hope this article can bring to all quarters attention. More scholars , teachers, guardians as well as the social quarters have interest in researching it to make our school education more perfect.
