Teachers and students become various sorts of dependent behaviors and interactions that are centered around the educational activity, therefore, the teaching and learning process can be seen as a typical game process. A teacher and a student are two independent players who can choose the behavior strategies rationally to maximize their utility. Meanwhile, their choices will be produce positive or negative effects for realizing the educational processes. Hence teacher-student interactions affect and determine background and scene of educational activity, and impact ultimately on the education effectiveness and achievement of the school function. The dissertation uses game theory as the analytical tools, and deals with the study of interactions between teachers and students. Firstly, presenting a teaching process is a process of dynamic game according to the characteristics of teacher-student behavior, which the former game behavior of the teacher and the student could be affect the latter; Secondly, establishing a game theoretical model of teacher-student interaction, which aiming at maximizing teachers'and students'utility, as well as taking into consideration the influence of several factors. Then, presenting a research method of teaching processes which is more intuitive and quantitative; Thirdly, analyzing the equilibrium in teacher-student behavior, which are in order for teachers and students to reach a best equilibrium between domination and cooperation, then teachers and students can analysis and judgments rationally based on the model of interaction, and make a rational behavior decision; Fourthly, based on analysis of the equilibrium, explaining different behaviors theoretically between teachers and students in the teaching processes, inquiring different questions in the teaching and learning from the perspective of game theory, affecting education effectiveness by the choice of behavior, and presenting the equilibrium of dynamic game of teacher- student cooperation. At last, the dissertation studies mechanism of teacher-student interaction affected by game theory, through a questionnaire survey of teachers and students of the high school. Meanwhile, based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, proposing the general approach of management in teaching processes that are centered around teacher-student interactions, as well as establishing interactive mechanism of management in teaching processes based on the goal of education of cultivating people, which in order to improve the quality of teaching, and finally achieve the goal of education.
