The development of the trend of practice highlights the importance of the education practice. It becomes the focus of research whether student teacher’s practice effect and student teacher’s own development meet the needs of the development of teacher education.Through the questionnaire survey and behavioral event interview method, the author builds up student teacher teaching competency structure of the student teachers majoring in education. Student teacher teaching competency structure is divided into six dimensions and29competency characteristics. It is classroom teaching control features, quality features of knowledge、contact and politics, personality traits features, student-oriented features, skills and development features. After that, the author analyzes the present situation of the student teacher competency、influencing factors of student teacher competency and the causes of influencing factors. The Analysis of influence factors is from individual teachers、schools and society three Angles combining with the interview and survey. In the end, the author puts forward five Suggestions according to the student teacher competence factors. They are the self-improvement of individual student teacher competency, self-regulation of individual student teacher professional standards, the implementation of teacher education curriculum based on the student teacher competency, the construction of teaching competence evaluation system based on the student teacher competency and the construction of education practice base. This paper can help the school to increase the internship’s practice quality and train high quality teachers.
