With the advent of the information society, the whole society has entered an era of information explosion. Facing such massive information, human beings have undergone enormous changes in the requirements for information. Wide, accurate, rapid and comprehensive information is increasingly demanded. Meanwhile, the medium technology as the carrier of information has also rapidly developed. The new technology innovates the old medium of communication technology. The information transferred by the mass media, brings people convenience and pleasure. However, what has happened during the process of information disseminated by the media, and what is the impact on people the "media-made" information brings? More and more people are concerned about these issues. More attention has been paid on the cultivation of media literacy, including the abilities of dealing with the media operation mechanism, and the analysis, interpretation, creation of the media information. The awareness of media literacy education especially for adolescents has reached a consensus among the whole society.The study based on the analysis of the status and trends of media literacy education, and the data comparison and documentation research, presents the starting point for adolescents is the high grade students in the primary school. After the analysis of the relationship between the media literacy courses and information technology courses, and based on the comprehensive practical activity curriculum, the "immersed-multi-dimension" mode has been constructed for pupils' media literacy education. The mode joints the media education into the four components of the comprehensive practical activities curriculum. In the platform of this mode, starting from the three corresponding dimensions of mass media effects and the meanings of media literacy, it presents the three deepen strategies of knowledge, understanding and ability. The specific teaching strategies are then applied to the instructional design and the practice of classroom teaching. The website of the learning and interactive media community is also constructed as a teaching resource. Finally, the review and summary is made for the practice, with the expectation that the study is valuable for researchers and practitioners on the research of media literacy education in schools.
