With the rapid development of China's higher education and increasing number of the university enrollment, the issue of employment of college graduates has become a severe social problem in China. What responsibilities should a government take under the circumstance of the graduates employment involved in the problems of cycle, structure, development and social system?This thesis analyzes the employment situation of China college graduates, concludes that the underlying reasons which causes present issue in the aspect of the malfunction of the job market, the supplier exceeding demand, the inadaptability between the higher education and job market and the dissymmetry between graduates and the job market information.Furthermore, it analyzes that the faultiness of the employment policy, the imperfection of the social insecurity system and insufficiency of the policy executive ability are the reasons to cause quite a few problems.
