And according to the enlargement of the university, the graduates'employment issue became a focus issue of the government and the society. Esspecially in 2008, the wordwide financial crisis made the graduates'emloyment issue even worse.it shows that in 2009, there is 6.11 million graduates, nearly 10 million jobless person including former years'graduates.But at same time, worse hit by the international crisis, many enterprises broke down, many employees has been cut down, that all made the graduates employment situation abnormaly austerity. According the data released by the ministry of education, the national graduates'first employment rate is 68% up to July 2009, 3% lower than last year.The government playing as the employment marketing's macroeconomic controller, one of its most important responsibility is to criterion human resources marketing and offering social employment service. Employment policy is crucial tool to realize employment layout , guarantee the social interest and promote the employment of the graduates. Facing with the tough situation for the graduates to obtain job, the government should take on the responsibility, adopt effective method, promote employment.
