With the constant deepening of the reform of higher education in recent years, the"Expansion" of higher education has been roraing dramatically. The number of college graduates increased from 2.12 million in 2003 to 3.38 million in 2005. China's higher education is changing from elite education to mass education. With the rapid development of higher education, the reform of the employment of college graduates and employment changes in the situation, A dramatic increase in the number of graduates, they are confornted with sorts of challenges. The dicemma is resulted from two aspected , on the one hand , the employment of college graduates is one of manpower shortage, on the other hand ,the existing employment opportunities for graduates are rare, how to resolve this contradiction is the whole of society on issues of common concern. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Xingjiang college of Art desing majors employment situation for college graduates, the employment situation, the impact on employment of graduates, students choosing jobs outside factors, the assay atempt to make an all-round and multi-channel analysis and survey. On the subjects to provide some constructive proposals on how to solve the current dilemma.Through access to the documents and reviews, I had spared effort to a specific survey and annalyse the overall employment situation in China's art design of the study and the current situation. We should speed up the social, economic and cultural development in Xinjiang, Xinjiang is bound to train and utilize the professionals of the art design at a strategic level Xinjiang art and design professionals would be better to highlight their role and value. Therefore, it is nessary to distinguish and analyse them to reflect the above three aspects the current education curriculum with the real goals of education and other issues existing among the college of Art Design in Xingjing. Xinjiang is conducive to better address the College of Art Design Education widespread problems, to provied the university with specific ideas and reform entrance examination system of art education. bring about a new direction for art education in the framework of educational goals and job open, pluralistic, advancing with the art education system, promote art education management system scientific, democratic and inspire the art education to be flourish.This study aims to further explore the inherent connection among art education, graduate employment and social needs.
