The Design And Implementation Of University Students' Employment Portrait System

The employment of college graduates has become a hot topic of general concern in the current society.Although colleges and employers have adopted the method of special recruitment and targeted recruitment to find suitable graduates,it is still in urgent need to change the current situation that the first employment of college students is not closely related to their graduation major.At present,the research on the portrait technology of college students has been carried out one after another.Through the data mining of the informationized campus,the early warning of students' learning situation,the dynamic detection of students' thoughts,the improvement of book lending service and other applications have been realized,which has better promoted the management and service of students.However,there's still not much portrait research on the employment direction of students.This thesis studies and designs a set of employment portrait model based on students' achievements,and finally gives suggestions on graduates' employment direction through the integration of graduates' achievement data and employment data.First,the score data of computer major students in the Academic Affairs Office of a university and the employment data of graduates archived by theemployment center were extracted.After data cleaning,we obtain the image attributes.Then we design an algorithm based on the decision tree to analyze and calculate each dimension of the data,find out the information gain rate of each course that is most related to the employment of students,and calculate the students in school through the information entropy Based on the result set of ability index,this paper analyzes the proportion rule of students' ability index set in employment direction,finds out the related proportion of ability index and employment direction,and then establishes the employment portrait model.This model can provide a reference for the graduates to choose a job for the first time,and can effectively improve the matching degree between the graduates' job positions and majors.In this thesis,we use Python to develop the employment portrait system of university students,use My SQL technology to realize the database and management,label the students who will be graduating through the analysis and clustering of achievement data,and finally build the portrait model through the decision tree algorithm.The employment portrait system of college students provides guidance for the graduating students in the direction of employment and helps solve the problem of uncertainty in the direction of choosing jobs near graduation.The system can help students and teachers more visually analyze the ability of graduates,so as to achieve the purpose of employment and employment,improve the matching degree of employment,and improve the quality of employment.
