Democratization and equality of education is the most important objective that education goes to modernization.Gender equality is the improtant topic in education.However gender equality is a often uncared-for problem that during the course of education. Education researchers of feminism have analyzed problems of education by the view angle of feminism, and found that the female couldn't get equal treatment in the chance of enrollment,teaching of school,education content and administration of education. Gender consciousness is studied in education gradually which is significant subject of researchers. The key point of the study of gender consciousness in education is teachers'gender consciousness. Because teacher is the key factor of edcaution success or failure. Therefore the author thinks that the teachers'gender consciousness occupy the important place where there is no shirking the responsibility to realize the democratic and equal education.The paper can be divided into five parts. The first part is introduction which states origin of question and relevent researchs on the feminism education. The second part analyzes the purposes and the significance of research and the objectives and the methods of the research. The third part identifies the definition of sex, gender, and gender consciousness and introduces the main definition of gender consciousness. The fourth part inspects and discusses teachers'gender consciousness. The conclusion is gotten by inspecting the problem of primary teachers'gender consciousness and analyzing the difference of primary teachers'gender consciousness in the aspect of gender, nationality, educational background, professional title and so on. The fifth part thinks our education by analyzing actuality of primary teachers'gender consciousness .They are as follows:(1) Gender consciousness is internalized in education policy. (2) Gender consciousness is internalized in school education.(3)Gender consciousness should be shown in teacher training system.(4)Gender consciousness is internalized in teacher professional development.
