The author of this theses adopted questionnaire to make the sociological analysis of track and field training environment in high schools of urumqi, got the conclusion as follows:55 middle school manager sports work leadership both can carry on the implementation well regarding the State Educational Committee and the autonomous region Education Committee promulgation two rules, 74.55% of schools regarding the track and field location, the equipment investment all have the explicit stipulation, trains student's treatment regarding the track and field trainer and the after school track and field, 94.55% and 92.73% of schools also have the explicit stipulation.87.27% of these 55 schools give the fixed funds to the track and field training after school every year. Among these schools, many are the key schools in Xinjiang or Urumqi in which there is the very high proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade. Education Committee also gives the big investment to these schools so that they have the sufficient funds to organize all kinds of sports. They also enroll some students that have the sports special skill. These special students often obtain the excellent marks in all sorts of athletic contests in province (city) The rest 12.73% of schools do not have the sports funds every year and the existing funds are only limited the main teaching.In Urumqi, the temperature which influences the development of the track and field trains after school enormously. There is less or even no inside sports facilities in many schools because of the influence and restriction of the current economic condition, Moreover in nearly 74.80% of schools, some basic track and field equipment is not very sufficient. In Urumqi from 2001 to 2005, the diurnal equivalent acoustic level exceeded the allowed figure. The air quality in Urumqi reached to Gradeâ… andâ…¡in 70.2% of 365 days, Gradeâ…¢in 23.6%, Gradeâ…£andâ…¤in 6.2%.75.06% of parents and 78.18% of head teachers did not agree the student to train in the school track and field team, but 67.63% of parents and 87.47% of head teachers support the track and field training after school. They give the higher agreement to it, mainly in the aspect of"recognition"in attitude. They thought that students could become the useful adults only through the study, although they helds the basic affirmative attitude to the track and field training after school, such as to inspire the students'consciousness of competition and cultivate the stubborn will and so on. They were tolerant even supportive to the attitude that students accepted these factor influence from the sense organ, but in the aspect of emotion, specially in behavior, they actually displayed the opposite situation.
