Teenagers are in the critical period of physical growth and development,and they are also in the period of adolescence with unstable physical and mental development,great fluctuation of emotional state,and great imbalance of physiology and psychology.However,the development of adolescence psychological stage is relatively lagging behind,which is easy to produce certain psychological contradictions and conflicts,and often easy to form complex related psychological problems.With the continuous advancement of social modernization,the external environment formed under the background of the rapid development of the society is under great pressure of work competition,complex and changeable interpersonal relationship,and the external environment is facing greater pressure and trouble.For the middle school students who are in the key stage of physical and mental development at present,it will bring all kinds of troubles and troubles,and it is easy to have psychological related problems ? How to improve the psychological resilience level of middle school students,so as to help them reduce the risk and enhance their psychological resilience,and to prevent and resist all kinds of adverse factors brought by the external environment has become one of the important issues in the current mental health education.A large number of studies have shown that the mental health problems of middle school students have become one of the important factors affecting the healthy development.It is necessary to carry out mental prevention education for middle school students as early as possible.The relevant departments of the CPC Central Committee formulated several opinions on Strengthening Mental Health Education in primary and secondary schools,which pointed out that "the relevant mental health education should be fully integrated into the whole process of school education and teaching and integrated into each other As one of the main groups to carry out extracurricular track and field training in school,the relevant contents of extracurricular track and field training have a positiverole in cultivating students' tenacious perseverance,fighting spirit,challenge difficulties and anti frustration ability.In this paper,through the teaching means of extracurricular track and field training to interfere with the psychological resilience of middle school students,trying to achieve the positive effect of improvement,and then in the subtle training to improve the level of psychological resilience of young people,and in this way to help middle school students reduce the risk and improve the level of psychological resilience,to prevent and solve the individual learning and The pressure and trouble in life make the students grow up healthily and enjoy the present happy life.In this paper,experimental method and mathematical statistics method are used as the main research methods,and the Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale compiled by Hu Yueqin and Gan Yiqun(2008)is used as the experimental measurement tool.The consistency coefficient of the scale is0.83,with 2 dimensions,5 factors and 27 options.According to the scores of students on the survey questionnaire,the level of psychological resilience is determined.The score is low,and the psychological resilience is determined Low level of sex,high score,high level of psychological resilience,full score of 135.From Jingshan experimental school in Zhuhai,30 students from two classes of junior two were randomly selected as the experimental class and the control class.Through the teaching means of school extracurricular track and field training,and the experimental design of pre and post test of experimental class and control class,this paper explores the influence of the intervention of school extracurricular track and field training means on the mental toughness of the students in the second grade of junior high school,so as to know the influence of school extracurricular track and field training intervention on the mental toughness of the students in the second grade of junior high school.In the process of this teaching experiment,in order to eliminate the interference of other factors as much as possible,The selected class is completed by the same physical education teacher with the same teaching plan and content,the same teaching hours and the same teachingschedule.The control group is in the routine learning mode without extracurricular track and field training.In the control group,except for the routine physical education activities of the school itself,there was no other systematic physical exercise outside the school.In the experimental group,after-school track and field training intervention was conducted for 10 weeks,and from Tuesday to Friday(17:20-18:00)every week,after-school track and field training was conducted.In the experimental group,when the experimental training intervention was conducted,the instructor did not carry out any psychological education and guidance.According to the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Before the experiment,the overall level of psychological resilience of the students in the experimental class and the control class was in the middle level by independent sample t-test.The independent sample t-test was carried out for the students in the experimental class and the control class in terms of psychological resilience,goal focus,emotional control,positive cognition,family support and interpersonal assistance.The data showed that the students in the two classes had psychological resilience(t =-0.064,P =0.949 > 0.05)and objectives There was no significant difference in standard concentration(t =-1.108,P = 0.272 > 0.05),emotional control(t = 0.204,P =0.839 > 0.05),positive cognition(t = 1.033,P = 0.306 > 0.05),family support(t = 0.753,P = 0.454 > 0.05),interpersonal assistance(t =-0.980,P = 0.331 >0.05).It was concluded that the psychological resilience of the students in the experimental class and the control class was at the same level before the experiment,which was in line with the experimental research Conditions for investigation.Through the school after-school track and field training intervention,there was a significant difference in the psychological resilience of the experimental class,the control class and the experimental class before and after the experiment;there was a significant difference in their goal focus,emotional control,positive cognition and interpersonal assistance factors;but there was no significant difference in family support factors.The results show that after-school track and field training can significantly improve thepsychological resilience level of middle school students,and the specific performance is in goal focus,emotional control,positive cognition and interpersonal assistance factors.(2)After school track and field training intervention on the psychological resilience scale test indicators of significant differences,school track and field training means of intervention can effectively improve the level of psychological resilience of junior two students,in the future related experimental research can expand the distribution of experimental objects in different age groups,through this sports intervention can not only improve the physical quality of students,but also improve the physical quality of students In order to improve students' psychological resilience,PE teachers should pay attention to the healthy development of students' mind,give full play to the function of "cultivating mind" of PE,carry out specific physical education teaching aiming at the common psychological problems of students at the present stage,and give full play to the positive role of physical education intervention to help students reduce risks and improve their psychological resilience,so as to make them develop healthily ?(3)As one of the important places to educate students,schools should pay attention to the guidance and training of improving the psychological resilience of middle school students.The combination of home and school can carry out more outdoor parent-child activities and social practice activities,so as to promote the deep communication between parents and children,which can not only improve the physical quality,but also relax the body and mind,relieve the learning pressure,and also hone the will,strengthen the resistance and improve the frustration Bearing capacity,etc.
