In recent years,the number of candidates participating in athletics events of college entrance examination in Anhui Province has been increasing year by year,and the training level has also been increasing gradually.Scientific and advanced training methods are the basis and guarantee for improving individual training performance.PAP strength training aims to enhance the body’s ability to bear the load by pre-activating the "neuromuscular" system,fully mobilizing the body’s potential,and then improve the training performance through the excess recovery mechanism.By comparing the performance differences between conventional strength training and PAP strength training,this study provides theoretical reference for improving strength training for high school track and field exceptional students.The research mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,test and mathematical statistics to discuss the training effect of PAP strength training on high school track and field exceptional students.Random sampling method was used to set up the experimental group,control group I and control group Ⅱ with 15 people each.The experimental group received PAP strength training,and the control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ received rapid stretching compound training and resistance training,respectively.The training intervention time was 12 weeks.During the experiment,the participants uniformly wore the Keep smart bracelet B3 to conduct dynamic heart rate monitoring,so as to ensure that there was no significant difference in the measurement of training load of the subjects in different groups.Paired sample T test was used to compare and analyze the pre-test and post-test results.Univariate analysis of variance was used to compare and analyze the difference of training performance among different groups.The results of post-test showed that the experimental group had significant differences from the pre-test scores of 100 meters(P=0.000<0.01),standing triple jump(P= 0.000<0.01),shot put in place(P=0.008<0.01),resting heart rate(P=0.005<0.01),but no significant differences in maximum bench press(P=0.082>0.05)and maximum squat(P=0.096>0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences in the scores of 100 m,standing triple jump and score increase among groups(P<0.01),but there were no significant differences in the scores of other scores(P>0.05).The results of the experimental group in 100 m,standing triple jump,shot put and resting heart rate increased more than those of the control group.Conclusion:(1)PAP strength training method can improve the performance of high school track and field students.(2)After 12 weeks of training intervention,7 indexes,4 scores of the experimental group showed significant differences compared with the control group,and the training effect was more significant.(3)There was no significant difference in the increase of 800 m,maximum bench press and maximum squat among the groups.Research suggestions:(1)In terms of traditional training content,enrich the training structure and improve the training effect.(2)The myoresistance training part of PAP strength training needs to be improved.(3)Pay attention to students’ safety in training.
